SOURAJATA, through his works, has constantly been endeavoring, by his masterly expression and artistic exuberant vision, exaggeratedly surpassing all dimensions of fathomed and unfathomed, the apparent and non-apparent and submerging into the superfluous. He has been shrewdly eluding the hindrances of Maya of life without enchanting grief or invasive joyfulness of it in all his creations, rather has kept on running in life at a random leaving the luxury of ecstasy beyond, but solidified pace only to glorify Fun of life. How relentlessly SOURAJATA has been endeavouring to expound the wholesome cosmological dimension and geometrical permutation through his “ED”, (Extra Dimensional) paintings leaving a multiple points and sources for his spectators to be very thoughtfully amazed and left a very significant mark there.

His subjects are referred to array and glorify infinitude, at a same time a presentation of sheer and solid emotion on either concave, convex or plain surface of canvas, which is never experienced ever before in the domain of Art. How he has eliminated all that is mundane and encapsulated them in dynamism, is an excellence of his artistic exuberance and a sheer presentation of his artistic strength. The permutation of the elements catered on the painted surface are in the format of Dramatism in his own term, though he does not believe in any Ism..

He has exhibited and visited with his works in Italy / Florence, France / Paris, Singapore, Australia, China, Malaysia and many more countries and all metro cities of INDIA. There are a number obscure personalities Art Galleries, Museum, top Corporate around the country to admire and collect his works. His works were reviewed in several print and electronic medias.

Despite his mastery over painting Sourajata is very passionately creating sculpture, fashion garments, water colour paintings, ceramic potteries also. He is a multi-special and he believes in “TOTAL ART.”

SOURAJATA has done his Graduation in Painting, Fine art from University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India and then followed a Crash Course in fashion Designing (Ladies garments). He has been working 26+ years in the Art Market successfully.
